First professional development seminar 2021
One of the main objectives of our network is to help each other grow as professionals, including ensuring our mental health. Thus, our first webinar of the year 2021, which will be held on March 2nd at 2PM (ARG), will focus on "Stressors among researchers: Taking care of our mental health". In this webinar we will discuss different strategies to improve our wellbeing and menatl health in a scientific environment. The webinar is aimed at students, researchers, research associates and management staff that is linked to research activities. It will be presented by an external speaker, Stefano Zucca (@StefanoZucca5 on Twitter) and will be in English. The seminar will last approximately 60 minutes and is open to everybody!
